Electronic Star, part of Berlin Brands Group and a major consumer electronics e-commerce company, had 82% of customers browsing without using search, so search was not seen as a priority. Luigi’s Box implemented Autocomplete quickly, with the vendor handling the technical setup and no developer effort required from the client. The results were strong: Autocomplete now generates more than €100,000 in additional annual revenue, with a conversion rate that is 40% better than standard search. Based on these gains, Electronic Star began actively encouraging more customers to use search on the site.
