The customer, a global financial institution, faced the challenge of managing high demand and maintaining quality for its Mobile Foundation Team, a development group supporting nearly fifty mobile app teams. The team's Scrum Master needed a more efficient way to run retrospectives, especially to better include remote participants and reduce administrative overhead. They implemented Ludi to improve this process.
Using Ludi’s virtual board, the team conducted over 30 retrospectives, creating more than 2000 sticky notes. The platform’s Grouping and Voting tools were particularly valuable for identifying patterns and prioritizing over 100 improvements. Ludi enabled full participation for all team members, whether remote or in-office, and was crucial for maintaining collaboration and team spirit during the COVID-19 lockdown.
