Houseparty, a social group video chat application, needed a direct feedback tool to maintain its commitment to user trust and safety. Luciq provided an SDK that integrated a simple, two-step feedback flow directly into the Houseparty app. This solution was integrated with Slack and Front to keep the team updated and efficiently manage all reports. The result was a strengthened direct support channel; Houseparty responds to every user report and uses the aggregated feedback to improve its application's technical quality and guide product development.
