Partnering with Lucidworks, the hotel implemented a machine‑learning search and recommendations engine that understands query intent, parses complex natural‑language requests (brand, city, amenities, price), and surfaces tailored dining and property results with filters, images and details. The new experience drives homepage recommendations like “most viewed” and “trending offers,” makes Michelin‑level restaurants and F&B options easy to find, and has improved discovery and engagement while paving the way for upgraded reservation search and virtual‑assistant Smart Answers to further boost conversions and reduce call volume.
