TV 2 DANMARK A/S, Denmark’s most-watched channel family, needed a better way to support collaboration across more than 1,000 employees spread across offices and then suddenly working remotely during COVID-19. The company had struggled with large quarterly planning sessions built around physical sticky notes, red string, and whiteboards, which were hard to manage across locations and difficult to keep up to date. TV 2 turned to Lucid Software’s visual collaboration suite, including Lucidchart and Lucidspark, to support planning, meetings, and cross-functional teamwork.

With Lucid Software, TV 2 created a custom Lucidchart dependency board for quarterly increment planning, enabling teams to map dependencies, update plans in real time, and hold bi-weekly virtual check-ins. Architects also used Lucidchart for living architecture diagrams and process maps, while Lucidspark helped teams run remote retrospectives, brainstorming sessions, and workshops with better organization and engagement. The result was faster planning and documentation, easier remote collaboration, and a smoother transition to distributed work, with teams saving time versus physical post-its and manual digitization.
