Using Lucid Software’s Lucidchart, Paul built highly interactive diagrams with layers, hotspots, and creative visual layouts to map the criminal justice system and investigative flows in Jersey. The solution helped clients collaborate in real time, identify overlapping IT systems and other waste, and better understand process gaps—leading the Jersey government to analyze the findings and consider consolidating systems for greater efficiency.
