Arun Somadathan and his service delivery team were using Lucid Software’s Lucidchart to map complex workflows, but their challenge was keeping those diagrams current, accessible, and consistent as the company expanded and processes changed.

With Lucid Software’s Lucidchart, Hitachi built an interactive high-level case management diagram linked to 15 detailed subprocess diagrams, all embedded in the company’s internal portal as a single source of truth. Updates now sync automatically, reducing outdated versions and eliminating the need to redistribute files or worry about losing work; as a result, employees can quickly find and use the latest process documentation, improving transparency, consistency, and adoption across teams.
