Bandwidth, a medium-sized communications platform as a service company, needed a better diagramming solution than Visio. The result was company-wide access on any device, easier rollout with single sign-on, and stronger collaboration through real-time diagram sharing; Bandwidth also reported that Lucidchart helped create a common language across teams and improved documentation and understanding across the organization.
