iWMS, an international HighJump software service provider with teams across six global locations, was holding productive meetings but struggling to track action items and maintain clear accountability. With Lucid Meetings, iWMS created a shared task list, carried action items from one meeting to the next, and automatically emailed meeting notes after each session. Richard also explained Lucid Meetings to new attendees to drive adoption.
