MetLife, a global insurance company, was looking to improve customer engagement and digital transformation across areas like distribution, customer engagement, claims, and pricing. Through MetLife EMEA’s Collab 3.0 innovation program, the company partnered with Lucep to explore a solution for enhancing the insurance customer experience.

Lucep worked closely with MetLife’s business sponsor and regional champions to tailor its insurance technology solution to MetLife’s needs, using access to MetLife data to model how it would perform. The collaboration resulted in Lucep winning a $100,000 contract, validating its approach and creating a path toward further partnership with MetLife EMEA.
