Consilidated financial statements prepared internally for the first time

Europlant, a group in plant breeding, wanted to prepare its consolidated financial statements internally instead of relying on an external consultant. To support this shift and reduce the workload on the group accounting team, Europlant turned to Lucanet and its Lucanet.Group Report module.

Lucanet helped Europlant implement a group chart of accounts, improve transparency and consistency in reporting, and enable decentralized intercompany reconciliation by local accountants. As a result, differences in consolidation were minimal and the workload for the group accounting team was significantly reduced, with internal preparation of consolidated financial statements achieved for the first time.
