LTU worked with Paco Rabanne Parfums, part of the Puig group, to improve the performance and visibility of its fragrance sample campaigns. The brand wanted a better way to measure ROI, strengthen marketing, and create a more engaging journey from sample discovery to purchase.
LTU implemented visual recognition on the samples and integrated it through an API into a Facebook Messenger chatbot, adding digital content such as e-commerce links, videos, GIFs, and games. The solution was rolled out across 4 campaigns in 11 markets worldwide, delivered an 8.7% engagement rate, and gave Paco Rabanne real-time reporting and better insight into consumer behavior and market performance.
