Nine Network brings Adelaide earth station online in 16 November rollout with LTN Global

The Nine Network, an Australian broadcaster, faced a challenge during a major nationwide facilities upgrade. They needed a system to remotely manage their earth stations from new studio locations over their network. To meet this challenge, they selected the LTN Monitoring and Control (M&C) system from vendor LTN Global, supplied by Magna Systems and Engineering.

The LTN Global solution centralized control and provided a clear dashboard view of all signal operations across the network. This enabled the Nine Network to intuitively manage its earth stations from any of its major facilities. The implementation increased network resiliency and allowed for immediate remote control of the Adelaide earth station from Sydney and Melbourne, with plans to add the Perth station in the near future.
