The Multinational Household Appliances Company, a British and Singapore-based global brand operating in 65+ countries, wanted to expand into emerging markets, better understand local consumer behavior, strengthen brand presence, and reduce costly channel conflict and commerce platform expenses. LTIMindtree implemented a design-led digital commerce solution built on Adobe Commerce, launching dedicated D2C channels across 22 emerging markets and consolidating distributor and D2C operations onto a single cloud platform. The new setup improved usability, lowered maintenance costs, enabled data collection on customer preferences and purchase patterns, and supported hybrid fulfillment through local partners.
