Zilian is a Portuguese ladies’ shoe brand launched by Grupo Mar in 2008 with ambitions to grow internationally by offering modern, affordable designs and a distinctive in-store experience. Before adopting an ERP, Zilian had no structured IT solution and needed a full retail system to align strategy and operations, provide immediate and reliable enterprise-wide data, tighten security and reporting, support a loyalty program, and enable product-level analysis, promotion management and growth-readiness.
Zilian implemented LS Nav (based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV), customized for local legal requirements and integrated across POS, back office and head office so transactions, reporting and inventory are unified and resilient to connectivity issues. The system now runs the Zi Card loyalty program (20,000+ members), delivers real-time KPIs and sales analysis, speeds transactions, automates reconciliation, reduces manual work and license costs, improves staff efficiency and inventory control, and provides the scalability needed for international expansion.
