ZEB is an award-winning, customer-focused multi-brand fashion retailer with over 50 stores across Belgium. As sales volume, store complexity and promotional activity grew, ZEB needed a reliable, end-to-end system to support staff in stores and at headquarters — particularly for inventory control, replenishment and timely dispatch of merchandise.

Working with The Concept Group, ZEB implemented LS Retail and an automated sorting system in its distribution center. LS Retail centralized stock, accounting and promotion management, automated replenishment and ensured the right goods arrive at the right shop in the right quantity, improving efficiency and responsiveness to promotions while strengthening ZEB’s customer service promise.
