Yves Rocher, founded in 1959 and a global leader in natural cosmetics with retail in 90+ countries, had operated in Thailand for 19 years and grown to more than 75 stores. Their legacy ERP—designed for about 30 stores—could no longer support continued expansion, real-time reporting, or secure back-office operations for the next decade, so they sought a modern retail ERP.
They selected LS Nav on Dynamics NAV and engaged local partner AVision to implement it, going live in 75 stores in a single day with no issues. The new system enabled real-time HQ–store communication, better inventory and promotion management, more efficient accounting, and stronger overall operational control and security.
