White Stuff, a growing clothing retailer, needed to modernize its IT to support further online growth and new stores. The legacy setup—separate website and warehouses for home shopping and stores, costly till communications, and limited multi‑channel capability—couldn’t scale, so the company chose LS Nav with K3 Retail on the Microsoft Dynamics platform and assembled a business change team to manage the transition.

White Stuff replaced store hardware and payment devices and integrated warehousing, call centre, merchandising and website interfaces to create a single view of stock. The rollout enabled click & collect in 15 stores, improved stock control and reduced markdowns, delivered better reporting and operational insight (helping Christmas 2011 outperform 2010), and established a scalable platform for further multi‑channel growth.
