Westwing is a fast-growing international e‑commerce retailer for home décor and furnishings, operating in 14 markets with over 26 million members and €219M in annual sales. When the company opened its first physical store in 2016, it faced the new challenge of deploying a pilot store and a POS system that would quickly integrate with its headquarters’ systems and support retail operations it had never run before.
Westwing implemented LS Nav (LS Retail) on Microsoft Dynamics NAV with partner IT.integro, deploying a complete ERP+POS solution that links sales, finance and warehouse systems. The rollout streamlined communication between store and head office, enabled a smooth launch of the first store, and delivered omni‑channel capabilities—such as unified returns and improved in‑store management—boosting customer service while minimizing operational risk.
