Weber - Customer Case Study

Weber, the world‑famous grill manufacturer, opened its first flagship Weber Original Store in Berlin in 2014 and moved into direct retail for the first time. The team faced two major challenges: no prior retail experience and a very tight eight‑week window to launch, plus limited in‑store storage that required a connected external buffer warehouse and reliable stock control.

Weber partnered with Kumavision to implement LS Nav (LS Retail) on top of its existing Microsoft Dynamics NAV, deploying mobile POS, real‑time inventory checks, guided sales tools and integration with the buffer and central warehouse. With on‑site support and rapid setup, the store opened on schedule, delivering seamless customer orders and deliveries, centralized data and stock management, improved sales guidance, and a clear roadmap for automated replenishment and loyalty integration.
