Vierumäki - Customer Case Study

Vierumäki is a large Finnish resort set on 10,000 hectares that serves over 400,000 visitors a year with more than 1,000 accommodations, 50+ gyms, 15 restaurants and extensive sports and leisure facilities. The resort struggled with fragmented, partly integrated systems that collected different data, which made capacity management, internal processes and customer navigation of activities difficult and reduced service quality.

Vierumäki implemented LS Nav (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) integrated with Cenium, installed by local partner Solteq, replacing six disparate systems with a single real-time platform. The new solution gives simultaneous visibility into reservations and preferences, enables unified booking (including smartphone calendar integration), supports personalized service and improves operational control—boosting efficiency, simplifying purchases and improving the overall customer experience.
