Verasu, founded in 1976 as Thailand’s first importer of microwaves, today operates 23 retail stores across Bangkok and nearby provinces selling home and kitchen appliances and glassware. As the company expanded into more urban areas it needed better insight into varied customer needs and a system to analyze sales, plan purchasing and manage inventory across multiple locations.

Verasu implemented LS Nav on Microsoft Dynamics NAV with partner Bhatara Progress, starting with a pilot store and rolling the solution out chainwide. The unified platform centralized purchasing, optimized inventory and branch replenishment, provided accurate demand insights, and strengthened marketing through promotions, personalized coupons and a loyalty program—resulting in improved product availability and customer service.
