Vah Magna is Andhra Pradesh’s largest and fastest-growing retail chain, operating multiple formats (supercenters, hypermarkets, supermarkets, convenience stores, cash & carry) and hospitality outlets across Andhra Pradesh and Maharashtra. Rapid expansion to dozens of stores created operational challenges: managing disparate systems, integrating POS with backend ERP, delivering fast checkout, training users, and ensuring seamless, location-specific pricing and inventory visibility across head office and stores.

Vah Magna implemented LS Retail on Microsoft Dynamics to provide a single, scalable retail ERP that integrates POS, inventory and warehouses. The rollout (pilot stores and three warehouses) delivered features like multiple MRP handling, serial/lot item tracking, barcode-driven stock takes, bulk reversal and location-wise pricing, resulting in a unified view of the business, faster online reporting, compliance with statutory/localization needs, reduced IT effort and improved customer service.
