Tinol Paints International, a Lebanese paint and coatings manufacturer founded in 1956 that produces over 500 formulations, faced growing business constraints from a legacy management system that limited reporting, scalability and integration. Management needed a modern, extensible platform to support expansion, better inventory control and more accurate business insights.

After evaluating major ERPs, Tinol implemented LS Nav (Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013) with partner Megatek International. The new system improved inventory visibility, supply-chain efficiency and financial processes, enabled integration with color‑matching and POS dispensing systems across outlets, and supported more targeted marketing. Tinol is adding advanced reporting, a manufacturing module and CRM integration, and expects to achieve ROI within two years.
