The VeldhovenGroup - Customer Case Study

VeldhovenGroup is a family-owned Dutch “house of brands” (Sandwich, Turnover, Stills, Nono and Dept) that expanded from wholesale into its own retail and franchise networks to strengthen brand equity and gain direct customer insight. That shift introduced new complexity — store automation, customer loyalty, channel conflicts and the limitations of legacy retail software — so the company needed a more powerful, flexible retail ERP to support growth and tighter control over retail processes.

VeldhovenGroup implemented K3 Fashion for Retail, a Microsoft Dynamics NAV and LS Retail–based solution, and the migration went smoothly. The new platform improved productivity, data accuracy and system performance by better distributing data between NAV and LS Nav, enabled the Circle of Friends POS loyalty program for targeted promotions and longer customer relationships, and supported early omnichannel steps (B2B webshop and brand sites). The result: a user-friendly, scalable system that increases control, customer loyalty and margins.
