The Face Shop - Customer Case Study

The Face Shop’s Thai importer, TFS Company Limited, was growing quickly across 63 stores but struggled with a home-grown system that had no POS and back-office integration. The setup made financial analysis, inventory tracking, promotions, training, and data security difficult, while manual work caused errors, duplicate effort, and slow decision-making. LS Retail’s LS Nav was chosen to replace the outdated system.

LS Retail implemented LS Nav with support from local partner AVision, giving The Face Shop integrated POS and ERP, real-time sales and stock data, automated promotion handling, and better product control through LOT functionality. The new system reduced manual errors, improved reporting and campaign planning, and helped support future expansion, with TFS planning to grow from 63 stores to 85 and eventually 200 stores.
