The Bistro Group is a leading casual-dining operator in the Philippines, home to international and local brands such as Bulgogi Brothers, TGI Fridays, Italianni’s and Krazy Garlic. Facing three separate POS systems and three standalone accounting systems, the company struggled with long, error-prone reconciliations, poor reporting, inventory wastage and security gaps that allowed data manipulation. After commissioning an audit of available solutions, The Bistro Group selected LS Nav to replace its legacy systems across 10 brands and 56 stores, although gaining user acceptance proved a major change-management challenge for staff accustomed to the old software.

LS Nav delivered an integrated POS-to-finance-and-supply-chain platform with multi-company support, standardizing processes across brands and improving compliance and visibility. The rollout (implemented with partner PASI) cut report generation from two months to under 10 days, reduced workload and incentive delays, and enabled headcount reductions that save over 1.2 million pesos (about USD 26,000) per month.
