The Baby’s Corner, a Belgian retailer and online shop founded in 1996 that specializes in fashion and products for new mums, babies and children, outgrew its original systems after a decade of rapid expansion. After growing the business tenfold, the company needed a modern, high-quality management platform and selected LS Nav (based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV), implemented by local partner TCOG.
The new solution centralized in-store and online operations, finance and customer management on a single platform, giving management a clear business overview. Running the system on tablets enabled customer self-service for gift registries and better staff utilization; a new labeling system reduced time spent finding items, and automated ordering cut costs and optimized stock levels by keeping only small in-store inventories.
