Tantalizers, founded in 1997, is Nigeria’s largest quick-service restaurant chain with 50 outlets, six warehouses and about 1,800 employees. Rapid expansion exposed limits of its legacy SEZ finance system — poor integration across inventory, purchasing, sales and accounting, slow data consolidation, and lack of real-time visibility that hindered planning and decision-making.

To fix this, Tantalizers implemented Microsoft Dynamics NAV with LS Nav Hospitality via Microsoft partner Godrej InfoTech, adding QC, QEHS, production planning and waste/consumption tracking on a single platform. The change delivered up to 70% improvement in key process efficiency, consolidated financials, better inventory control, real-time reporting, greater transparency and faster, lower-cost decision-making.
