Structube, a Canadian retailer of contemporary and modern home furniture and accessories, needed to replace an obsolete management and POS system and unify operations across its stores. Working with LS Retail partner The Createch Group, Structube chose LS Nav, based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV, to manage back-office and front-office processes and support a new e-commerce site integrated with ERP and POS.

LS Retail implemented LS Nav over a 12-month project that included analysis, data migration, testing, and a staged go-live across Structube’s stores. The result was higher sales and staff productivity, greater operational efficiency, automated tasks, and real-time updates to orders, sales, and inventory—helping Structube respond faster to market demand.
