Storcash is Norway’s largest cash & carry wholesaler with nine locations and 150+ employees serving B2B customers from grocery stores to restaurants and clubs. After running a heavily customized Torex Oscar‑POS for years, the vendor stopped support and the bespoke system became costly to upgrade and unable to support growth, so Storcash sought a single end‑to‑end solution for POS, back office, inventory and reporting.

Storcash implemented LS Retail (LS Nav on Microsoft Dynamics NAV), first with customizations and later by adopting more out‑of‑the‑box functionality. The unified platform and Role Center simplified training and daily work, automated replenishment and inventory counting, improved item maintenance and KPI visibility, and cut manual effort and counting time substantially while giving managers timely, reliable data for decision‑making.
