Smycka - Customer Case Study

Smycka is one of Sweden’s leading jewelry and watch retailers, operating 60 independently owned stores and an online shop. When launching e‑commerce the brand faced two main challenges: no central warehouse to fulfill online orders and a need to ensure all franchise stores benefited equally from web sales.

Smycka implemented LS Nav integrated with Magento (currently used by 33 stores), using a shared item master and store-level warehouses so online ordering, purchase orders, invoicing and accounting work across channels. Partner Bedege developed a fair allocation function to assign online orders to stores, resulting in seamless physical–ecommerce integration, accurate online item information and an equitable distribution of e‑commerce sales.
