A LS Retail Case Study
Shiseido Vietnam, the local arm of the 1872-founded Japanese cosmetics group, operates more than 60 stores nationwide and works with a main distributor, Thien Thanh. Facing rapid retail expansion, the company needed a modern, easy-to-rollout, legally compliant system that unified retail and distribution operations and gave full visibility of inventory across shipments, outsourced warehouses, owned stores and franchisees. After evaluating several ERPs, Shiseido selected LS Nav (on Microsoft Dynamics NAV) implemented by NaviWorld Vietnam.
LS Nav delivered an end-to-end platform covering purchasing, warehouse, CRM, store sales, distribution, franchise and finance, and was customized to meet Vietnamese Accounting Standards and IFRS. The system enabled in-store advisors to combine skincare profiles with purchase history for personalized offers, supported real-time marketing, cross-store loyalty and e-vouchers, and provided granular, real-time inventory tracking (orders, in-transit, warehouse and store stock). The result was improved merchandising and campaign planning, faster store rollouts, greater operational agility, cost savings and streamlined nationwide operations.
