Schlossberg Switzerland, a luxury bed-linen brand with roots dating back to 1833 and five boutiques in Switzerland and Germany, needed a modern retail management solution that would work with its existing Microsoft Dynamics NAV and industry-specific TRIMIT setup. The main challenge was to combine these different systems into one integrated retail platform while ensuring smooth store operations and payment processing.

With help from implementation partner HSG Hanse Solution, Schlossberg deployed LS Nav integrated with NAV in a single weekend, resolving the primary hurdle of connecting the voucher web service and using Data Director to flow other data to stores. The new system delivers EFT card acceptance at all POS, online inventory across outlets, fast item import into NAV, an easy-to-use POS interface, customer access at checkout, and a centralized view of all stores.
