Sagar Ratna, a beloved South Indian restaurant chain founded in 1986, operates more than 90 company-owned and franchised outlets across India. The company faced major operational challenges from using no centralized software: each store ran standalone, data replication and month-end reporting were manual and error-prone, user training was difficult, and collecting item, staff and delivery data was tedious.

Sagar Ratna implemented LS Nav Hospitality, piloting the solution in five stores before rolling it out nationwide, including its high-volume Defence Colony flagship. The system delivered real-time sales visibility, centralized pricing and taxation, accurate inventory via recipe control, automated reporting and reduced manual work—enabling better analysis and faster decisions, smoother back-office processes, effective offer and voucher management, and integration with Delhi’s “Bill Banvao, Inaam Pao” VAT scheme.
