Rimco is an import-export company in Ivory Coast that operates a chain of electronics stores and is the exclusive distributor of Haier appliances, aiming to make Haier the preferred brand by offering strong quality/price value. As the business grew, Rimco needed to centralize strategic decisions, offer new customer services and adapt quickly to market changes, so it sought a powerful end-to-end management system.
Rimco implemented LS Nav on Microsoft Dynamics NAV to provide front-to-back coverage, loyalty tools and promotion management, and solved WAN replication and price-distribution challenges by designing a deeper architecture to limit telecom costs. The result is centralized pricing, inventory and store management with real-time sales visibility from head office, faster response to market changes, more personalized offers, improved customer and supplier relationships, and increased revenue.
