Queenspark, founded in 1980, is a South African fashion chain operating 60 stores across South Africa, Namibia and Kenya, offering womenswear, menswear, accessories and cosmetics. The company struggled with disparate legacy systems—Dolphin for merchandising, Retailman for retail operations and AccPac for finance—that didn’t communicate in real time, leaving management without a single, scalable view of the business.

Queenspark implemented LS Nav (Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2015 with Pebblestone) via Just Dynamics, integrating external systems including Pyramid planning and a POS with integrated EFT and automated reconciliation. The new platform delivered near-real-time HQ visibility while preserving store autonomy, reduced manual work and fraud risk, streamlined in-store processes, and improved membership management and customer loyalty.
