Omega Pharma Spain - Customer Case Study

Omega Pharma Spain, the Spanish affiliate of Belgian healthcare group Omega Pharma, needed to bring newly acquired retail stores into its existing Microsoft Dynamics NAV environment without disrupting prior customizations. The challenge was to implement a store-management solution quickly (six-week go‑live) while keeping the LS Retail store database separate from the standard NAV ERP and ensuring company-wide data coherence and stock control.

Ekamat implemented LS Nav (LS Retail on Dynamics NAV) and developed custom integrations: automated Data Director replication to keep stores and LS Retail Head Office current, plus a replication tool to push store sales into the standard NAV database. The rollout met the deadline and delivered real-time store control, consolidated head-office visibility, scheduled automated replication, improved operational speed and resource optimization, and strong data integrity to support faster decision-making.
