Office 1 Superstore is a global office-supplies franchise founded in Bulgaria in 1997, now operating over 500 stores in 24 countries and employing 1,700 people in Bulgaria alone. Rapid growth exposed major IT weaknesses: disparate systems, manual data entry, duplicated customer records, delayed reporting and poor supplier communication, all of which hindered timely decision-making and daily operations.
To address this, Office 1 implemented LS Nav with local partner Intelligent Systems Bulgaria, adding custom modules for pricing, promotions, cross-selling and loyalty, and unifying all operations into a single, real-time database with offline capability. The result was faster, more accurate reporting, barcode-enabled warehousing and a unified customer database—leading to improved customer service, optimized resources and costs (including about a 50% staffing optimization reported), increased sales and simpler financial and supply planning.
