Migato is a Greek footwear and accessories retailer founded in 1983 that operates a large retail network (120 shops) and hundreds of wholesale clients. As the brand expanded internationally, Migato needed a modern management system to support omnichannel sales, flexible pricing and promotions, and more efficient retail and marketing operations.
Migato implemented LS Nav with partner Ergologic across 77 stores, building a triple communication line between shops, SQL server and Oracle ERP and centralizing product, price and promotion lists. The rollout added auto-replenishment, e‑commerce stock verification, real‑time inventory checks, loyalty management and local fiscal customizations. The result was faster, more accurate sales processes, real‑time visibility from POS to General Ledger, better inventory control via a variance matrix, fewer errors, lower training costs and a scalable platform that lets the company focus on growth.
