McCauley is a 60‑year‑old Irish pharmacy and health & beauty chain with 30 stores and about 500 staff. Facing outdated systems, they needed a modern retail management platform that would integrate with their dispensing platform and give a single view of data, promotions and resources across stores.

They implemented the LS Retail solution with ProStrategy and hosted it on Microsoft Azure using a largely standard configuration. The new system unified in‑store and eCommerce sales, inventory, staff scheduling and payroll, and automated replenishment and ordering. Results included a reduction in payroll costs by 5%, a cut in daily ordering time from 15 hours to 1 hour across the chain (≈93% saving), faster bank reconciliation (one person can complete it in a day), lower IT costs and much better operational visibility to support growth.
