Mamamia is a six-restaurant pizzeria chain in Kyiv offering 24/7 delivery that grew rapidly and found its legacy software could not provide complete, timely information or support key needs like centralized delivery management, custom pizza toppings, and flexible loyalty programs. Management decided to replace the antiquated systems to improve competitiveness and support further expansion.

Mamamia implemented Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 with the LS Retail solution, delivered by local LS Retail partner Innoware, creating a single information space for restaurants, delivery, call center, back office, inventory and loyalty. The new system enabled faster decision-making, tighter control of production and inventory costs, easier scaling with lower cost and time, and improved profitability through flexible configuration and loyalty management.
