Larraz, founded in Zaragoza in 1883, is one of Spain’s largest craft stores and a flag manufacturer, selling haberdashery, needlework, custom flags and related products while also offering craft courses. Faced with an extremely diverse product range and complex needs—product variants, multiple sale/purchase units, items sold by weight or length, manufactured products and components, mixed barcode types, distributor pricing and a full-featured loyalty program—the company also required seamless integration with its existing Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP.
Aitana implemented LS Nav integrated with Dynamics NAV, delivering advanced POS, central product/warehouse/back-office management, detailed reporting and scalable configuration. Larraz completed a one-day switchover (migrating 8,000+ customer records, 35,000+ loyalty users, 800 suppliers and 52,000 product sheets) and immediately gained faster checkouts, simpler promotions and loyalty enrollment, centralized data, lower supply-chain costs and reduced stock levels, plus increased revenue through improved pricing and margin analysis.
