Kamat & Gazebo Management Service (KGMS) manages well-known F&B brands including Gazebo, Kamat, Shireen and Spice Twist across the UAE, overseeing restaurants, catering and institutional sales. Facing fragmented systems for accounting, POS and inventory, the company struggled with slow, error-prone reporting and lacked a single source of truth for financials and operations, so it sought an end-to-end integrated solution.

KGMS implemented LS Nav Hospitality with local partner EBT Middle East in a two-phase rollout — first standard deployment, then process and financial optimizations — supported by user training and close teamwork. The system now delivers daily recipe and production costing, replicates POS voids and discount data to HQ for staff performance analysis, and allows inventory adjustments to post to appropriate GL accounts, yielding faster, more reliable reporting, better cost control and smoother accounting.
