KAIR is a leading children’s clothing brand (ages 0–12) operating 15 physical stores and an e-commerce site, particularly popular in the Middle East and India as Fine Fair’s in‑house baby and children’s label. To scale the business and unify operations across stores and channels, the group needed a comprehensive merchandising and retail solution to manage POS, inventory and financials.

KAIR implemented LS Nav (a POS and ERP solution based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV) across its 15 stores in the Arab Gulf and India, including a group loyalty program deployed by local partner AP&T Business Solutions. The end‑to‑end system connected departments, improved control of critical business and financial data, tightened inventory and sales management, and enabled a fast, controlled roll‑out that supported rapid brand growth.
