Idee Creativmarkt is a leading German art-and-craft retailer with 40+ stores and an online shop. When its franchisor ERP agreement ended, management needed a new, unified system that would cover everything from POS and warehouse logistics to easy reorder visibility for branch managers and head office.

They implemented LS Nav (LS Retail) via partner Sievers‑Group, using the standard solution with minor tweaks (smaller labels, extended sales history for forecasting) and new touchscreen hardware. The unified platform delivers real-time data across stores, automated credit billing and cash settlement, per-item margin and stock valuation, faster staff onboarding and several saved man‑hours—streamlining back‑office work and supporting webshop operations.
