Humac, Denmark’s largest Apple Premium Reseller with 22 stores and an online shop, faced major pain points after a 2014 expansion: an almost decade‑old Navision ERP, demo POS terminals in every store, poor click & collect control, and unusable business data. Needing a fast, Apple‑grade solution that supported strict retail standards and zero downtime, Humac chose LS Nav and committed to an overnight switchover at the start of the fiscal year.
Humac implemented the standard LS Nav across all channels and added LS Recommend for personalized accessory suggestions. The system went live overnight across 22 stores with minimal webshop downtime, improved channel integration, simplified serial‑tracked inventory receiving, and stronger data insights. Early results included a 46% total margin growth from recommended‑item sales in pilot stores, prompting rollout of LS Recommend to all locations.
