Hope Retail is a Swedish fashion label founded in 2001 that expanded from a womenswear line into menswear and retail stores, now operating 10 shops across Northern Europe and distributing in 22 markets through over 220 retailers. Rapid growth exposed limitations in their legacy ERP and POS: Hope needed a system that could support international expansion, streamline internal processes, integrate POS with ERP for replenishment, connect to their e‑commerce platform, and provide customized reporting.

After a pre-study and demo with Microsoft and an LS Retail partner, Hope implemented LS Nav. Early release issues (variant stock counting, purchase/return orders, voucher/gift‑card web services and Data Director) were resolved with hotfixes, and the system has run smoothly since. The new solution saved store time on goods receiving, stock counts, POS handling and returns, improved discount handling, simplified statement posting, and proved easier to learn and more user‑friendly.
