Gill Capital (S) Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based operator of multiple franchise brands including H&M, launched eight H&M stores across Thailand and Indonesia in 2013 and quickly outgrew its legacy front-end system. The proprietary solution was hard to integrate with ERP, required manual file uploads, couldn’t handle dynamic promotions, and threatened to become a bottleneck as the business planned to scale to hundreds of checkouts.

After an RFP and technical evaluation, Gill Capital implemented LS One with partner Cactoz, enabling seamless ERP and franchisor integrations, SQL-based reporting, and a smooth roll-out with no downtime. The new system automated end-of-day data transfers and scheduled promotions, improved revenue through flexible pricing campaigns, and delivered timely management reports and email automation—providing the scalability and operational efficiency the business needed.
