Henderson is a Russian menswear retailer founded in 1993 that operates 150 stores in 50 cities, offering suits, shirts, knitwear, shoes and accessories. Rapid expansion exposed the need for a centralized management system to synchronize head office, stores and POS, and the company sought efficient store rollout and a customer loyalty system—an uncommon capability in Russia at the time.

Henderson implemented LS Nav (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) with help from BSA, using Member Management to launch tiered “privilege” cards, flexible multi-pricelists, precise inventory tracking with rich item attributes, and automated tailoring workflows. The solution enabled nationwide returns/exchanges, streamlined stock distribution and store operations, and supported strong business results (about $100M turnover and ~30% annual growth), prompting plans to expand LS Retail usage further.
